PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
 
The mission of the Personnel Committee of Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church is to enable the members of the staff and congregation to fulfill the church’s mission to make disciples and to reach out inspiring others as well as one another by providing the church with an inspired, properly trained, and capable staff of people who are in agreement with the mission of the church. This ministry involves:
  • Determining hiring policies
  • Establishing job descriptions and compensation packages
  • Arranging performance evaluations of employees
  • Carrying out other duties as are appropriate or assigned by the session
