The Women of Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church is an active, involved organization using our unique gifts to support the mission of the Cumberland Presbyterian and Presbyterian (USA) Churches through opportunities for service, prayer, Bible study, fellowship and spiritual growth, to enrich our lives as individuals; and to work as a body to further the Christian tradition in our homes, community, and the world.
It is the responsibility and desire of the members of the Executive Board to provide opportunities, through our general meetings and study circles, to carry out traditional programs recommended by both the Cumberland Presbyterian and Presbyterian (USA) Churches as well as promote new methods of ministering to our own members, our community and our world.
Six general meetings are scheduled during the September/May period. In addition, the smaller circle groups meet monthly as follows:
Circle 1 — meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the homes of various members.
Circle 2 — meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the homes of various members.
Circle of Hope — meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:45 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
Circle of Joy — meets as announced.
