In October L.H.P.C. participated in “McCree Esprit”.  Five Lake Highlands churches held a carnival benefiting the White Rock Center of Hope.  Each church had a booth with information about their churches activities, as well as staffing many of the free carnival games and refreshment booths.  The event was a huge success and plans are already under way to make this an annual event, hopefully involving more churches in the area each year.
