Dear Parents:
Welcome to Lake Highlands Presbyterian Child Development Center!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our program's website. We believe the strongest partnership in a child's life is that between the child's parents and the school in which their child attends. The goal that we strive to achieve is for our staff to team with parents to make this experience an excellent one for your entire family. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to your child and to your family. We encourage you to get involved in the Parent Teacher Organization, visit or volunteer in your child's classroom, chaperone field trips, and always be an advocate for your child. You are invited to visit your child at the school any time during the day. We have an Open Door Policy and want your involvement.
Research shows that parent involvement is the number one reason that children succeed in school. It is not the school your child attends or the area your child lives in that makes the biggest difference, but how involved you, as a parent, are in your child's life.
We serve children between the ages of 8 weeks old and five years old. We also offer After School care for children enrolled in surrounding Elementary schools. Our daily program promotes your child's intellectual, social, physical, and emotional development. We individualize our program to meet the needs of each child and their family.
We continually train our staff on the most current knowledge in child development and early education.
The beginning of school is an important time for you and your child. Please feel free to ask us questions as you get to know our school. It is our hope that you and your child, together, will develop a lifetime of wonderful memories while enrolled in our school. We look forward to working with you and your child!
Blessings,
